With offices in Ohio, Michigan, Istanbul, and Ankara, we aim to provide our investors with consistent U.S. dollar–based rental income while building long-term trust and sustainable investment relationships.

At Vasta, the entire investment process — including property selection, acquisition, renovation, leasing, and property management — is managed through our operational team in the United States. From property acquisition to renovation and tenant placement, as well as insurance procedures, tax identification number applications (ITIN/EIN), company formation, and ongoing tax compliance, all stages of the investment process are handled under one coordinated structure.

As Vasta Real Estate Investment, we maintain the technical expertise and operational infrastructure necessary to meet all of our investors’ needs. In addition, in order to assist investors with their U.S. tax obligations, Vasta was authorized in 2025 by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA).
