Atilla Ozkan was born in the state of Indiana in the United States. After graduating from TED Ankara College, he earned his degree in Industrial Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He worked as an engineer at Bal Seal Engineering, Davis Wire Corporation, and Hyundai Motor Company.

Following his engineering career, he transitioned into the financial sector and began working in the mortgage industry in the United States. He served as a Mortgage Advisor at American Finance Capital, a California-based company. During this period, he originated more than 130 million dollars in mortgage volume. As a result of this success, he later moved together with his team to Excelerate Capital. There, he specialized particularly in Non-QM (Non-Qualified Mortgage) and Single Family Home mortgages, focusing on investment-oriented financing models.

His experience in the mortgage industry provided him with the opportunity to evaluate housing finance and real estate investment together. This process laid the foundation for his transition into construction, property acquisition and sales, renovation, and property management. In 2019, he relocated his company from California to Ohio and shifted to an active on-the-ground investment model, directly managing property acquisition, renovation, leasing, and property management operations.
